Banana-Apple-Mango-Jam, with Amaretto and a shot of Vodka

Banana 400 grams Banana (3 big overriped ones), 222grams apple slices (1 big red cored apple with peel), 100ml mango fruit juice, juice of 2 Lemons, 5 drops of bitter almond oil, 2 tbsp Amaretto (almond liquor), 350 grams preserving sugar 2:1, stirring and cooking mixture about 20 minutes (I use the Thermomix TM31, set up of the machine: duration: 20minutes, speed range: 1.5 (including rotational blade) temperatur setting: 100°C), within the last 50 seconds add another 7 tbsp Vodka to the boiling jam-mixture.
