Banana Peanut Butter Ice Cream with Topping

Basic mixture: 1 big egg, 84 grams sugar, 250 ml cream, 125 ml milk and 60 grams peanut butter. Banana mixture: 3 overriped bananas, juice of 1 lemon, fresh ground vanilla, 2 Tbsp caramel syrup. Whisk the egg up 2 minutes long, then stir in the sugar bit by bit and keep on stirring about 2 minutes until sugar dissolves (super kitchen machine like Thermomix TM31 would be very useful). Add cream, milk and after a while peanut butter. Mix all up well. Put the basic mixture into the ice cream maker and let the ice machine do its work. In the meantime blend the banana mixture and put it also into the ice cream maker at the very last moment before the basic mixture would be ready to serve and let all freeze. Top with chocolate syrup and roasted peanut pieces if desired.
