Pina Colada Jam

00385917_T-1550grams fresh pineapple slices, 150 grams coconut cream, 150 grams pineapple coconut fruit juice, juice of 2 limes, 60 grams Cachaca (sugarcane liquor), 60 grams Batida de Coco, 500 grams preserving sugar 2:1. Stirring and cooking mixture about 30 minutes (I use the Thermomix TM31, set up of the machine: duration: 30minutes, speed range: 1.5 (including rotational blade) temperatur setting: 100°C), withing the last 45 seconds add another 2 tbsp Cachaca and 2 Tbsp Batida de Coco to the boiling jam-mixture.
