Apple-Banana-Vodka Jam

Apple 320 grams apple slices without peel (made of 3 medium cored ones), 160 grams banana (one and a half one), juice of one lemon, half a tsp cinnemon, a little bit of freshly ground vanilla, 500 grams preserving sugar 1:1, stirring and cooking mixture about 16 minutes (I use the Thermomix TM31, set up of the machine: duration: 16minutes, speed range: 1.5 (including rotational blade) temperatur setting: 100°C), within the last 2 minutes add 5 tbsp Vodka to the boiling jam-mixture.
