Basic mixture: 1 big egg, 84 grams sugar, 250 ml cream, 125 ml milk. Banana mixture: 3 overriped bananas, juice of 1 lemon, fresh ground vanilla, 2 Tbsp caramel syrup. Whisk the egg up 2 minutes long, then stir in the sugar bit by bit and keep on stirring about 2 minutes until sugar dissolves (super kitchen machine like Thermomix TM31 would be very useful). Add cream and milk and mix all up well. Put the basic mixture in the ice cream maker and let the machine do its work. In the meantime blend the banana mixture and put it also into the ice cream maker at the very last moment before the basic mixture would be ready to serve and let all freeze.
