Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream

cookieBasic mixture: 1 big egg, 84 grams sugar, 250 ml cream, 125 ml milk and 2 tsp vanilla extract. Cookie mixture: 4 giant chocolate chip cookies (diameter about 9cm / 3.5 inches). Chop cookies into smaller pieces and quick-freeze them. Whisk the egg up 2 minutes long, then stir in the sugar bit by bit and keep on stirring about 2 minutes until sugar dissolves (super kitchen machine like Thermomix TM31 would be very useful). Add cream, milk and vanilla extract and mix all up well. Put the basic mixture into the ice cream maker and let the machine do its work. Put frozen cookie pieces into the ice cream maker at the very last moment before the basic mixture would be ready to serve and let all freeze.
